Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery (by courier) is £4.00.

EU Standard Delivery (2-5 day delivery see list of countries covered) is £10.00.

America and Canada are shipped with Courrier (5-7 day delivery) cost is £12.

Rest of the world with Royal mail, cost and delivery time dependent on location and weight. We send with the Tracked service or Tracked and Signed depending on the location and weight. Delivery times are usually about 2 weeks to most locations but can be anything upto 4 weeks so please bear that in mind when making your purchase.

We ship using DPD for shipping. DPD deliver Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.30pm. You will receive an email or text message from DPD that your goods have been dispatched with a tracking number and a hour delivery window.

Please ensure that that someone is onsite to accept and sign for your delivery. If there is no signatory present DPD will not deliver the parcel.

For off shore and remote areas including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Alderney and Scottish Islands delivery may take 2-3 working days. All products are subject to availability.

Please note that you may be liable to pay import customs fees into your country from the United Kingdom. This is calculated at checkout and included in the total inside the EU.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box as they do not sign for the delivery.

European countries we deliver to with DPD (the rest are delivered with Royal Mail).

Returns and Refunds Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return postage is not provided by Stargazer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom goods or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
